This role ensures the accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients to deliver consistent, high-quality concrete, while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Pump Operator
The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining concrete pump trucks to place ready mix concrete at construction sites.
This role requires precision, coordination, and a strong understanding of site safety procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality concrete placement.
Plant Engineer
The Plant Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, maintenance, and efficiency of all plant equipment, systems, and processes.
In a ready-mix concrete environment, the Plant Engineer ensures the continuous operation of batching systems, mixers, conveyors, and support infrastructure while upholding safety, quality, and production standards.
Lab Technician

Truck Driver
