The Concrete Batcher is responsible for operating the batching plant to produce ready mix concrete according to specified mix designs and production schedules.

This role ensures the accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients to deliver consistent, high-quality concrete, while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Pump Operator
The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining concrete pump trucks to place ready mix concrete at construction sites.
This role requires precision, coordination, and a strong understanding of site safety procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality concrete placement.
Plant Engineer
The Plant Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, maintenance, and efficiency of all plant equipment, systems, and processes.
In a ready-mix concrete environment, the Plant Engineer ensures the continuous operation of batching systems, mixers, conveyors, and support infrastructure while upholding safety, quality, and production standards.
Lab Technician
The Lab Technician is responsible for performing sampling, testing, and analysis of construction materials, primarily fresh and hardened concrete to ensure compliance with project specifications,industry standards, and quality control requirements.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the consistency, strength, and reliability of concrete mixes produced.
Truck Driver
The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of concrete or construction materials to various job sites. This role includes operating heavy-duty vehicles such as transit mixers, dump trucks, or bulk cement tankers, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
Equipment Operator
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy machinery and equipment used in the production, handling, and transportation of concrete materials. This includes loaders, excavators, forklifts, and other site or plant-based equipment. The role supports daily plant operations, raw material handling, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth workflow and safety on site.
